The workout sheet said this was a 6 mile run so... Ha but this was SOOO fun.. I loved it. I ran the warm up to the trail with Rachel P. who is coming back to PV :) and then she turned around and I took of... It was a 2min hard, 1 min easy, 1 min hard, 30sec easy. 30sec hard, 30sec easy. I loved it.. The time flew by and I was pushing really hard. It hurt but it was finally a good hurt not a injury hurt ha. On the cool down home my shins cramped a little but it wasn't a big deal. When I got back I just stretched out..
I love this spring break work out stuff.. Its so much nicer than waiting all day to do your hard workout... I wish it was summer!!! |
