So I was talking to Sierra on the warm up and I always thought that coach said that we should record our warmup miles or our strider miles but sierra said she always does.. She we asked coach after we were done with our warm up and he said of course you blog them! ha there are so many miles that I haven't blogged just in warm ups and striders... Just today I got 1.5 from them.. ha oh gosh!!! but Ummmm todays run was kind of fatigued but my shins were doing pretty alright... just a little tightness.. I iced them still and after the four miler we did striders and lifting.. it was pretty nice! :) |
