2mile warm up/6,8,10,12 up and down/1.5 mile cool down.
Ohh goodness! Hardest workout ever! Just kidding but it was tough! I'm so sore from the race yesterday! Mentally I was doing alright, just kept digging when it hurt most but my legs were so cramped and tight and heavy it was CRAZY! I tried to get them to go and nothing would respond. Hopefully my legs recover for tomorrows run. |
